When He Returns

Well done, good and faithful servant. Matthew 25:23

When He returns I want to be

Doing my Father’s business

So I will hear well done good

And faithful servant from His lips

I want to have oil in my lamp and

A heart that’s ready and willing

So I am not caught off guard

And His Will I will be fulfilling

Father don’t let me get complacent

Or be asleep when You return

Keep my eyes open and let

My faith for you fiercely burn
