A Sinful Servant

So that your faith may not rest

on human wisdom, but on God’s

power. 1 Corinthians 2:5

My words are not eloquent

My earthly heritage is not royalty

I am a sinful servant who

Gives God her loyalty

I am not a scholar

Nor do I pretend to be

I am a servant of God

That is my identity

I am not of great strength

I do not have any power

Except through my King when

He decides me to empower
