The Thief

And he said unto Jesus, Lord, remember me when

thou comest into the Kingdom. Luke 23:42


As Jesus hung on the cross

The thief dying beside Him

Knew He was the Saviour and

Asked to join Him in heaven


In horrific pain even then

Jesus said You will be with Me

Once again not thinking of Himself

Letting a thief be set free


Free of His sinful life free

From the pain on the cross

He was going to a place

He prepared for the lost
