The Living Water

As the deer pants for streams of water, so my soul pants for you, my God. Psalm 42:1


This world gives us stagnant water

And wants us to slowly die in it

Only the refreshing water of Jesus

Is where we can peacefully exist


He refreshes our soul with

The living water He offers us

He restores us to a place where

We can bask in His love


Like a deer pants for water

My soul pants for You Lord

You are my living water
