This year on Thanksgiving

Thankful for a loving God

Who makes my life worth living

With each new day

He teaches me something new

Reminding me of my purpose

Showing me His faithfulness too

Father how I thank You

For this life You have given

Thanking You for every day

Until I get to heaven
