Take The Worry

Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. Philippians 4:6


Father take the worry from me

Because it cripples my thoughts

It can destroy the plans I make

And leave me feeling distraught


Anxiety is like a thorny bush

That suffocates any good fruit

Instead of cultivating anxiety

Let Your peace be my pursuit


Remind me of Your past provisions

And all the goodness You've given

So my thoughts will be of You
