Take Good Care

Take good care of yourself

Slow down and take a breath

Meditate on the love of Jesus

Quit rushing to meet death


Dance when you are alone

Or even if you are not

Sing praises to The Lord

Ask Him for His peace to impart


Take care slow down

And give yourself a break

Take in all of God’s goodness
