Father forgive me for worrying

It has stolen days of my life

Stripping me of my happiness

Filling my heart with strife

Forgive me Father for not

Seeking first Your Kingdom

Instead relying on myself

And on worldly wisdom

Father fill me with Your peace

That surpasses all understanding

Emptying me of this world

Fill me with Your love everlasting
