Can anyone of you by worrying add a single hour to your life. Matthew 6:27


Anticipating a difficult event

Can cause anxiety to run high

It can leave you worn and weary

And it can fatigue your mind


Worrying is a worthless time killer

That drains you of your energy

Your heart is in turmoil

Satan tries to take you mentally


Father when I begin to worry

Remind to go to You first

Leaving it all at Your feet and
