I'm weak and tired God

Sick of all the diagnosis

This cancer wraps me up

When given the latest prognosis


Father only You can heal me

And eradicate this fear

Only You can keep me calm

And make my vision clear


I give it all to You God

I'm leaving it in Your hands

I'm not strong enough alone
