My Mother’s Faith

My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness. 2 Corinthians 12:9

My mom’s birthday was this month! Happy heavenly birthday and thank you for teaching me about Jesus!

Before my mother died years

Ago she shared her great faith

Telling of her Father's love knowing

It was He who gave her strength

She showed no fear in the end

Only courage could I see

I know her fear was taken

Because she knew her eternity

Before her surgery she said

For me I’m good either way

I understood the meaning

All fear was replaced by faith
