My Choice To Rejoice

My soul glorifies the Lord and my spirit rejoices in God my Saviour. Luke 1:46-47


Let my choice be to rejoice

Just as Mary chose to do

She could have been distraught

But she chose joy to pursue


Help me be joyful and glad

Rejoice in every single thing

Whether good or bad help me

Chose to be joyful for my King


Father my flesh tends to

Be upset at difficult times

Help me rejoice always so
