Rejoice always. 1 Thessalonians 5:16


I refuse to dwell on

The bad things in life

I will not let anything

Replace my joy with strife


I will not give in to despair

When it raises its ugly brow

I will seek the Lord I love

Asking Him to lift the clouds


I will sing praises to my King

Because He is the life in me

He will take all my sadness
