Everyone should be quick to listen, slow to speak, and slow to anger. James 1:19


Lord hold my tongue

When tempted to lash out

Instead let me be silent and

To Your instructions devout


Help me calm the looks

That come across my face

So it doesn’t show unkindness

Because dislike it may portray


Father let my heart be

So filled with your love

That all my words and actions
