Heavy On My Heart

Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you.

John 14:27


There are some people heavy on

My heart and heavy on my mind

Their lives are changing quickly

And true peace may be hard to find


My prayer is that they will look

To God for the answers they desire

Quietly being calm and still

For He is peace amplified


Father help them cope during

This heart wrenching time

Knowing full well You will

Be with them on the climb
