He Lifts My Burdens

Cast your burdens on the Lord and He will sustain you. Psalm 55:22


When I am in the midst of a trial

And I kneel to pray

At first my thoughts are anxious

Until I feel my Father's embrace


He lifts my burdens from me

Helping me to let them go

Reminding me I'm new each day

Relieving me of my sorrow


Father thank You for always

Receiving me when I pray

Delivering me from hardships
