Lord thank You for this day

You have given to me

Help me not take for granted

The time you have bestowed to me


Let me use every minute this day

To be obedient to what You say

Not squandering it on foolish things

But making the most in every way


Help me remember my purpose

And why You have placed me here

Taking the gifts you have given
