For the spirit God gave us does not make us timid, but gives us power, love and self-discipline. 2 Timothy 1:7


Father thank You for the breaks

The pauses and upheavals in my life

Thank You for allowing me to go through

These things that often bring me strife


These downturns have changed me

And drawn me closer to You

Satan must be frightened of

What in me You are going to do


I'm embracing the fears and anxiety

That bubble up in my heart

Because You are making me stronger

With each trouble upon which I've embarked
