Did I Ask God First

If it is the Lord’s will, we will live and do this or that. James 4:15


Today God asked me what

Will you do with this day

Will you use it to bless others

Or will you waste it away


My heart felt heavy

As I responded to Him

Because what I had planned

I did not ask His permission


He knew the answer before

I offered to Him my reply

I kneeled and prayed that
