Adam’s Rib

The Lord said, “It is not good for the man to be alone. I will make a helper suitable for him.”

Genesis 2:18


God in His infinite wisdom

Made a woman from Adam’s rib

Because He wanted a helper

Adam could share his life with


We were made to be helpers

To our husbands when we marry

Man’s job is to love us well and

Our burdens we will both carry


Thank You for Your great care

And Your unconditional love

For creating man in Your image
