Father help me cling to Your Word

Inspired by Your Holy Spirit

Fill me with Your insight so

My fleshly desires intermit

Otherwise my flesh takes over

And I’m not walking with You

I need Your help to train me

So You are near me in all I do

Take away the worldly influences

And leave with me Yours alone

Relying on You every minute

Helping me to You atone
