Laying My Burdens Down

Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.

Matthew 11:28

This fight is not my own

It is a shared battle

With my Lord and King

My faith will not be rattled

I lay my burdens

Down at Your feet

The storm is raging but

I know You will deliver me

In Your arms I rest and

Your peace covers me

You have already made a

Way for me to be free
