Sometimes I feel overwhelmed with the world and all its troubles. I want to be close to God and put others before myself. I don’t want to be of this world. This is my prayer.
Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves. Philippians 2:3
God humble me I pray
As I seek Your guidance
Make it second nature to
Let nothing divide us
God humble me I pray
Whether it be night or day
Help me see Your vision
Make my paths Your way
God humble me I pray
In trouble tribulation or pain
Let me look to You
And from my sins abstain
God humble me I pray
Let You be my only desire
Remove the world's influence
On You set my heart on fire
