Unspoken Burdens

Cast all your cares on the Lord;

and He will sustain you. Psalm 55:22

I was reading God’s Word

And something hit me

Cast all your cares on me

Not a few not one not many

Cast them all on God

Every worry in my heart and soul

The words poured out of me as

I knelt and my cares I let go

So many unspoken burdens lifted

I could feel the weight release

I had given not one but all of them

And my King gave me peace
