The devil tried sickness on my body

To break down my faith

I called on my Lord and

He chased satan away

satan tried to discourage me

With his lies and his discord

I praised Jesus’ name and

The devil l ignored

satan tried telling me

that I wasn't good enough

Jesus told me He died

For me and satan He rebuffed
